There are no physical tickets issued for Gloucester History Festival events. Your booking confirmation acts as your ticket for the event. “Ticket” and “tickets” refers to this email in these terms.
Tickets for Gloucester History Festival events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please check your tickets at the time of booking as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
Any tickets re-sold for commercial gain will be rendered invalid.
Ticket allows entry for stated talk only.
Conditions of Sale
At all times, Gloucester History Festival reserves the right to:
-Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises and require any ticket holder to leave the premises.
-Refuse use of any audio or visual equipment.
-Insist that all mobile phones and pagers are turned off during the performance.
-Change or cancel any performance without prior notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever.
-Delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break in the performance.
Children aged 14 or under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 years or over during the event.
Whilst you and other ticket holders are at the venue, you and your guests must comply with all directions of our staff, relevant health and safety notices, policies and announcements made available to you.
