Event Details

Set in the shadow of Gloucester Cathedral, the historically significant C13 Dulverton House, currently King’s School Sixth Form, has undergone a major redevelopment over the last 12 months which has uncovered many unexpected historic features and required the input of specialists from archaeology and conservators to lime plastering and leadwork.

This short film tells the fascinating story of redevelopment of this building from the initial vision – to create an education facility fit for C21 learning – through to the construction challenges and some of the many archaeological discoveries before re-opening to students in January 2021.
