Event Details

This walk tells the story of Robert Raikes, newspaper publisher, prison reformer and promoter of the Sunday School movement and shows some of the buildings in Gloucester connected with him. The walk is accessible for wheelchair users.

Successful bookings will be a sent a confirmation email, please take this with you to show to your guide. This can be a printed copy or shown on mobile.

The maximum number for each walk is 5 and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If oversubscribed, names will be kept and placed on a waiting list in case of drop outs. It may sometimes be possible to put on extra walks if guides are available.
